The support levels we offer are commensurate with the license-level of the products we sell. Our available license levels recognize that those who spend more contribute more funding to our support organization. It also recognizes that there are many of you that are very capable and don't need to consume any support. We have purposely arranged our license-levels to permit you to pick and choose the options that best suit your situation. That being the case, we employ a strict support policy to balance everyone's competing interests.

If you are a registered user of one of our products for which phone support is included and you call and leave a message, please be sure to leave your company name (as we have it in our registration database) or your serial number and the best time to call. Note that only ConnectEase Gold and Silver product levels include phone support response. ConnectEase Consultant includes no phone support, but does include unlimited e-mail support. ConnectEase CHEAP! does not include ANY support responses, but the users of our CHEAP! product level may purchase support incidents ala carte.
